Growth for Dummies: You're evolving🌱🌻

To my lovely, ever-so-patient reader (s)

Do you still exist? I've been away for a while I know but I promise I can explain! If you're still here well.... I don't know what to say about you. You're the real deal.

About my absence, where do I begin? To put it simply, sis has been going through A LOT! Good, bad, interesting, devastating, boring, stressful, name it and I've been through it. The past few months of my life have been quite demanding for me. I've been challenged in so many ways and I have changed so drastically because of some of this stuff which has made it hard for me to write for Life, Actually.

This blog was meant to be a place I can express myself, but for the past few months, i haven't truly known what or who, Siboe is. I want to put across a realistic impression of myself and try to help those out there who relate, but I haven't been sure what that would be.

Dear reader?
Do you have a solid idea of who and what you are? Is your identity a solid wall that will remain unshaken, come what may?

Have you ever felt like you're losing you, pieces of you that you once thought we're vital?
Do you know the feeling of watching them  slowly diminish in importance?

That is what happening to me. But the good news is that I am happy. I feel as though that is me actually living life  (get it?coz the blog is called Life,Actually?) which is the whole point anyway. I am okay with these changes, confusing as they may be, and I am ready for whatever new phase I am being called into because as my aunt once said to me when I was 18years old:

"Siboe, you need to experience life outside of tv".
Please note that this was during a very intense Grey's Anatomy watching phase where I would only talk about Jackson and April.

Also: Please note that I now have real-life experiences of my own to rant about, if you're willing to listen that is.

Dear Reader,
Are you changing, growing, evolving?
Is it scary, challenging, stressful, painful?
Please don't panic. You're okay! You're levelling up, becoming a boss , becoming the you of your dreams. And that is A GOOD THING!
As long as you keep doing everything in love, you will be alright. Love (the one that lives inside of you) will keep you afloat and your head above water.
Plus, how boring would it be if we didn't have situations that force us to grow?
The way I see it is this:
All my experiences, no matter how bad, have become stories to laugh about with the people I love later on in life.

Here's to hoping I'll tell you about them one of these days.

Love,
Light and,
Hopefully some consistency❤🌻
